How it works: pick Water Supply, Sink, Toilet, or Tub and click the blueprint to place it. Pick Draw Pipe and drag to lay a pipe run — pipe ends snap together automatically when they're close, forming a joint. Use Valve to drop a shutoff onto a joint (click it later, with Select active, to open/close it), Cap to seal off a pipe end on purpose, and Eraser to remove anything. Then hit Turn On Water: any pressurized pipe end that isn't joined, capped, or shut off will spring a leak. Grades run from P (perfect, code-compliant) down to F- (condemned).
